key teachers of private schools. During a two hour
meal, participants will be invited to listen to a thirty-minute
presentation on a relevant topic chosen for the day,
followed by a discussion and exchange of ideas. It is
a great opportunity for participants to ask questions
and learn how their colleagues are solving school challenges.
This forum also provides an excellent opportunity for
networking, sharing of ideas, and learning from each

prepared to manage. Our discussion will begin with consideration
of events that might precipitate a school’s reporting
of disclosures or concerns to community social agencies
or the police, and will carry on to include such issues
as parental harassment, case-law related to student
suspension and expulsion, doctrine of duty of care and
potential liability around this, and privacy issues
